Our concierge model prioritizes privacy, flexibility, and accessibility. By remaining independent of insurance networks, we offer timely appointments, extended visits, and highly individualized treatment without many of the barriers of traditional healthcare. Superbills are available for eligible out-of-network reimbursement at the patient’s own request.

A one-to-one appointment that addresses specific concerns such as anxiety, mood regulation, or life transitions. We review your current symptoms in depth, your medical and psychiatric history, hormonal contexts if needed, and previous treatments.
You will leave with a clearly written treatment plan that covers medication recommendations (including pregnancy and postpartum safety if relevant), psychotherapy direction, lab work if necessary, and clear next steps on what to expect.

Includes both medication management and psychotherapy all in one convenient appointment. Typically we will spend about ~10-20 minutes to address medication dosing, refills, side effects, or possible changes to regimen. The rest of the time will typically include an hour of psychotherapy where we will use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to address behavioral distortions.

We review your entire medical and psychiatric history, previous medications, previous lab work, assess hormonal contexts, and identify things that were overlooked. We will then create a comprehensive treatment plan based on biological factors, psychological approaches, and lifestyle changes.
We also address medication safety during pregnancy and postpartum, and review course of mental health during pregnancy and post-partum period.Recommended to sign a Release of Information (ROI) or you can provide previous records via electronically or verbally during appointment (preferred). Turn around time for scheduling is generally within 24-72 hours after booking.
