We offer both psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach explores how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through reflective Socratic-style conversation, we work to uncover the deeper roots of what you're experiencing, building lasting self-awareness and emotional insight.Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors in the present. It's practical and skills-based, giving you concrete tools to manage anxiety, depression, and other challenges in everyday life. Many patients benefit from a blend of both approaches, and treatment can be adjusted over time based on what works best for you.

Dr. Pham will visit your residence in a 1-1.5 hour, one-to-one appointment that addresses specific concerns such as anxiety, mood regulation, or life transitions all in the comfort of your own residence.
Dr. Pham does real medication reconciliation by looking in the actual medicine cabinet, observing for adverse drug interactions, catching discrepancies, expired prescriptions, and unspoken non-adherence that get missed in a typical visit.
In an age where so much of connection has been lost to screens, sitting with someone in the space where they actually live builds a different kind of connection. For busy professionals especially, it also means privacy: no waiting room, no chance of being seen walking into a psychiatrist's office, just care that comes to you.
Note: For the safety of both physician and patient, there will be no physical examinations (outside of obtaining vitals). Our practice will defer physical exams to your PCP.
