Telehealth: For virtual telehealth visits, you must be physically located in the state of California at the time of your appointment. (Oklahoma coming soon!)

In-home visit: For the safety of both physician and patient, there will be no physical examinations (outside of obtaining vitals). Our practice will defer physical exams to your PCP.

Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

We not accept insurance: we can offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance at your own discretion.

Payment policy: a credit card on file is required, we will not charge you without your permission.
